Medium clay soil with silt (calcareous substrate). Roncade, Pantiera vineyards. The Arnasa canal flows around our vineyards, creating a particularly dry micro-climate in which the grapes flourish.

Destemming-crushing; traditional fermentation with cap fulling
Aging
36 months in 18 hl oak casks. Further refinement in bottle for a few months
